sustanon, deca, dbol winstrol and hcg
Hello everyone my name is John and am new to this site. I have been working out hard 4 days a week for the past 2years. my height is 5"9 my weight is 190 and my body fat percentage is 12.
I am planing on taking my first cycle and i want to go alll out and make it worth my time, so this is what i will be taking. ANY ADVICE WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
week 1-12 250mg of sustanon 250
week 4-8 20 mg of d-bol a day
week4-12 200 mg of deca -durabolin a week
week 8-12 50 mg of winstrol a day
and my last 2 weeks i will be taking my hgc, not quite sure on what my doses should be.
Anyway like i said any info would be very much apreciated, i will be starting my cycle at the begining of november, and i plan to get HUGE.

just cycle some test for your first cycle...it will be worth your time. and you will learn how it affects you as it is a very important compound in the AAS world

long 5 compounds haha your not even gonna know what messes your body up if one of them does and for a first cycle that is just stupid by your picture you look like your around 20% body fat. you should run until your under 15%.
secondly working out for 2 years is no where near long enough you probably dont even know how to lift properly after 2 years
lastly
sust would be to low
dbol is used to jump a cycle in weeks 1-4 ususally
deca needs to be run right off start of cycle long ester takes 8 to 10 to work
your taking 2 orals which your liver wont like
if you wanna do things right stay away until you have 4 to 5 years base at least then drop the cycle to test weeks 1-10 at 500mg and if you really wanna get more stuff use deca weeks 1-10 400mg or jump it weeks 1-4 with dbol. use 2 compounds max first cycle no need for any more
do ou plan on running nolva for gyno and do you have any pct lined up????

yes i plan on using nolxadex near the end of my cycle. And just to make it clear only one of the juices im taking is in pill form, and thats the d-bol
. The winstrol i have is in a 20 ml bottle.
So u think it would be better for me to run the deca , sus and the d-bols all at once and finish with the winstrol, nolvadex and hcg .
Please help i already have all the product and i dont want to mess up by taking to much or to little.
p.s. and im very sorry my body fat is 18.3 percent, i run every other day.Last edited by newbie20; 10-10-2006 at 10:29 AM.

DIET TRAINING TUNNING INTO YOUR BODY... you dont want to be one of them guys that wastes cycle after cycle wondering why you will not grow that much ... Or even the fact after the cycle why you loose the gains...
SO IMPO hit the gym harder check out the training fourms and diet I am beting with some hard work bro you can add lots of mass and feel great with out AAS at this time

thank you very much for your input but i am keen on starting a cycle for the end of october.
If u think what im taking os too much or not the right stuff then please help me any input would help.
I am on a strict diet and have lost over 35 lbs in the past year and now i would like to turn the remainder of my fat into muscle. PLEASE HELP...
I know u guys are set on doing things the right way but i am just too excited to start my first cycle.
I am currentlly benching 220 and i have been for the past 5 months, its like i cant get any stronger or defined. Anywayz please reply....THANK YOU AGIAN

You should take TEST E at 500mg/wk for 10 wks.... use dbol for the first 4 weeks if you want and start your pct at wk 13 with clomid and nolva. What you have posted is not a good cycle for one, and for two its way too much stuff to start with

My weight is 190 lbs, body fat percenatge is 18.3, i am 20 years old
i lift weights 4 times a week for 55 minutes a day and every other day im running at least 30 minutes on the treadmill not to mention countless hours of push ups and sit ups.
My goal is to lose about 6% body fat, (15 pounds) and gain a good 20 or 25 pounds in muscle. My bench is currentlly 220 and im curling 40's in each arm. I want my strength to increase also.

Listen to these guys about the test and maybe dbol bro, they know what they are talking about. You'll get results. That was my first cycle(thanks to these guys) and i gained 20+ pounds. Your energy is great but channel it a little more. Diet, Diet, Diet or it doesn't matter anyway!

the head shot alone shows you lack the muscle for aas.
you wont listen but another 2 or 3 hardcore years of training is what you need along with nutritional experience.
do as you please. just realize that your underdeveloped body wont keep the muscle your trying to throw on it if its not capable. and you dont look capable yet. thats where the natural training would benefit you.
also, 4 compounds for 1st cycle? way too much.

Thanks for the input everyone very much appreciated. I think im going to concentrate on my diet and maybe try some d-bol and test-e in 2 months or so.
Can anyone help me with a diet plan for losing lots of fat and gaining muscle, any sugestions would certainly help. Thanx agian everyone.

high protein, low carb....stretch your meals out to 6 small instead of 3 big....lots of cardio and HIT...drink nothing but water
