Im preparing for my first cycle (lifting hard, staying up with diet, taking supplements) and had some questions about how to get the most out of it sorry if these are lame questions.
Im going to do a test e cycle for 10 weeks 400ml a week and a dbol kickstarter for 4 weeks 40 mg a day + PCT
I read that dbol adds alot of water weight and its hard to keep, would it be benificial to also take oxanabol (anavar) through out the cycle or for the last 6 weeks, thinking here is that this product would help me keep the weight from the dbol or another thought was to do the dbol test cycle and work out real hard for 2 or 3 months and then take a oxanabol (anavar) cycle
also I ussually do 4 weeks of 4 sets of 8, then 4 weeks of 4/6's then two weeks of 4 sets of 4 reps each muscle group once a week but sometimes i do chest, triceps and biceps twice if I feel good would this be typical workout for a cycle?
Im probably going to add a burnout set after core lifts for the cycle
Im a pretty thin guy 190lb trying to get upto atleast 200 205 solid
Ive been working out for 8 years sometimes more then others lot more serious the last couple years, and actually i did an anavar cycle once for a couple of months got it from a friend but at that point i had no knowledge of roids , sense ive been a member ive learned alot and have been eating around 4000 cals a day
im sure some will say im too light to do a cycle but ive seen people on this site start at like 150 and im dead set on doing this, im not trying to get up to like 300lbs some day I just want about 20lbs and some strength so Ill look good by next spring, ive been stuck at 185-190 for ever
