my nipples r pussy form a frist cycle mistake i want to get them smaller there are no lumps or soreness and im not on n e gear is there any way to shrink them

how long as it been since ur first cycle? What were u doing to combat gyno during the cycle?

Depends dude, is just the actual nipple bigger/puffier or is the gland underneath swollen/tender?

This thread All you need to know about GYNO. has some good info on getting rid of gyno, but it may not work if you left it too long...and in that case you might need surgery.

UPDATE: looks like somebody's already pointed you to the thread whilst I was posting, I'd take that as sign that its a really good thread in regards to your problem.

its not under neath its not tender so i dont think its gyno just the nipple itself is bigger than nornal and a lil puffy just wanna no if i can take n e thing to fix it

First time I tried Nolva within a few days my nipples appeared to shrink and not puff as much in their relaxed state.
