Question on Mex gear /Laws

So a while ago, i hear you couldn't buy primo in mexico because it was considered a controlled substance.

Wasn't there recently something that happened where the mexican president legalized a lot of controlled substances? (For whatever reason, maybe ot put a hurting on major drug cartels?)

Anyways, anybody know if primo is still unobtainable in mexico?

Not sure but what i know is that they are legal in Mexico.

You can get anything if you know where to go and have cash

Not sure if the legalization even took effect because the US put a lot of pressure on Mexico to stop the new law.
