    I can't sleep

    anymore.....

    I've tried everything - you name it :

    - -zolpidem - even 10 mg don't put me out

    - midazolam - 15 mg don't do sh!t

    - I'm not even going to tell you guys about sh!t like valerian root, ZMA, ST. Johns wort or whatever,,,

    I understand my cycle is to blame (100 mg prop ED) - should I try shooting it early in the morning?

    I layed off all stimulants like ef, clen and whatever - maybe some caffeine and green tea here an there!

    I do early m,orning emplty stomach cardio and I train in the gym at around 7 pm, try to go to bed around 10-11-12 pm....

    Alchohol is out of the question....

    That sucks bud, im into my PCT of clomid and nolva and cant sleep a damn wink either. Ive tried melo, gaba, i stopped all carbs and tea, clen, all that stuff before 5. The only think that works is Sleep-Ez or some other OTC sleeping pill. Only problem is i cant do that more then 2 days in a row or i really wont be able to sleep on my own. I take one early so im up very early the next day, that way by 11 im that much more tired....

    im on a test prop cycle 10 weeks and i am having trouble sleep here too... i dunno what it is... and i get night sweats

    its not a bad cycle im having great success with it.. very good lean gains.. but for some reason i feel like shit a lot during the day dont sleep well at night, and get night sweats.... when im in the gym in feel great.... but ive been dealing with it for 5 weeks now got another 5 to go... up 16lbs... and bench went up over 50lbs so far.... i dont know what it is with the sleeping though most ppl get that off of tren. i have never done tren before,,, (gonna incorporate in my next cycle i think) i dont sleep that great at night wake up all the time... tired during the day but... i am liking the results

    Take it from a medical student ... don't know toooo much as of right now BUT do know that Melatonin is a waste of money as a sleeping aid though a few people are fans of the stuff.

    Test Prop is keeping you awake? Are you sure its not just in your head? Some people just can't sleep too eh, I mean stress? I get insomnia from pressure changes in the weather, my sister does from allergies. Shouldn't be so quick to point fingers at the gear imo.

    I had some problems sleeping during my first week or two of the cycle I'm on now or tren and test e, and melatonin saved me bro. That sh-t works like crazy....Get the subligual kind in 5mgs, 10mgs might be too strong, and take it like 30 minutes before you need to sleep...The thing is if you take too much you'll be really groggy the next morning for a few hours.....and be prepared to have some crazy vivid dreams...bothers some people, though I think it's pretty cool.

    i have trouble sleeping when I inject short ester in the evening/night. that s a pretty common thing. inject in the morning or latest in the afternoon and u should have less trouble...

    Like I said some people love melatonin (placebo effect maybe) BUT the only problem with it is that it doesn't cross the "blood brain barrier" which is needed for it to work SO you may as well eat a banana before attempting to sleep cause they're both just as effective. Wish I had a suggestion to help with the sleep problem as you've obviously tried the Benzos which happen to be one of the best sleep aids out there.

    Haha! Okay bro! Whatever you say!! Tell you what....why don't you go ahead and take 20mgs of melatonin and see what happens. When you're walking around in a delerium half awake half dreaming, then tell me eating a f-ckin banana will do the same thing! However, if you're old (as I don't know your age) then you need a lot more of it as your body doesn't produce as much as it did when you were younger. But honestly, that claim is a bit far-fetched considering millions of people use it with great success! You make yourself seem ignorant when you make statements like that! No hard feelings...I just don't want him to rule out a great sleep aid b/c you tell him he might as well eat a banana!

    i tried melatonin and it didn't do s***....when on cycle i always have problems sleeping...especially when using short esters...and if i shoot them right before sleep

    Sometimes the body gets hyped up .. and just needs to reset.( unless you have underlined issues )... this happens to me all the time .. what you do is take 2 days off no training SAt Sun....... friday night take nitequyle around 9pm it will knock you out ... now set the the alarm for 6 am get up sat morn and stay up no napps than lay down for bed at 9pm you should be tierd but still may be hyped .. than just repeat from the day before ....

    this should help has worked for me for years than after the second day I am sleeping fine again with no sleep aides .. hope this helps

    Tranxene might help

    Tranxene isn't a sleeping pill or narcotic, per se. It's an anti-anxietymedication that helps your brain "slip into neutral" and just stop worrying about everythings so you can sleep.

    Mom calls them her "nerve tablets".

    try some diphenhydramine(active ingredient in benadryl) 50-100 mgs. it is Widely used as a sleep aid, not just a anti-histamine.

    I have the same problem with any kind of test. Even long estered ones. It happens for the first 3 days after each shot. With prop ED your gonna suffer. My heart rate goes up and my bp as well when they normally drop when you unwind right before sleep. So your hyped up. I find that narcotic analgesics help as they lower your heart rate and bp. Something hydrocodone or dihydrocodone and antihystamine might help. They often come in combination cough syrups. Carefull though, you can develop a dependancy to the Hydrocodone/Dihydrocodone. Also, here in Australia we can purchase Anginine (Glyceryl Trinitrate) an anti Angina med without prescription. We also use it in the hospital for an antihypertensive. It works by dialating blood vessells. Has a very short half life, desolves under the tounge with an immediate effect. I sometimes use a 1/4 of a tablet just to take the edge off my Bp at night. lasts 6 - 8 hours, also lowers my heart rate as the heart is doing less work. Is working well for me. I only use it 1 -2 nights after my shot of cyp. You can develop a tolerance to it but with minute doses it's unlikely.
