how much fina in the bi.

i didnt have any problems with it when i did it, although i did 1cc in each so one didnt appear bigger than the other.

cool i am gonna do that tomoro. i also heard that shooting one muscle more than once a week u run the chance of infection, is this true?

LOL, I would have to say not T R U.
For site injections you're going to want to inject the body part that you are trying to make grow no less than 3X a week IMO.

eh, controversial. as far as shooting 3x a week, jeeze thats risking scar tissue and infection, imo thats a nono...i thought you were joking at first, lol. once a week id make the limit, why risk it? you have plenty of sites, why build up unessecary scar tissue or risk an infection/getting sick? not worth it when you have other options, back to the question at hand, i shoot my roomate with 1cc in each bicep of fina and he has no complains cept for biceps is a painful site for him and me. we use a 25 guage and 5/8 or 1 inch needle, works out nice. good luck

thanks for the help. i shot my bi today it was easy as hell hurts a little bit but what can u do. i am shooting fina ed and rotating 6 different muscles. right delt, left delt, right bi, left bi, right quad and left quad, i think that shold be alright?

I shoor my right and left triceps as well. 23g 1" pin

ikillpeople, thats perfect. gives each site time to rest/heal and less risk of scar tissue/infection, thats exactly what my roomate does, left delt right delt, left tri right tri, Lbi Rbi, Lquad, Rquad, etc...
