    eating during a cycle

    i was wondfering if there is a diffrence about the way u should be eating during a steroid cycle should you avoid certain foods or follow the six times a day regimen, i was talking to a source and he said to stay away from rice because it will make me fat,i didnt agree with him,any help will be appreciated.

    What do you mean the difference of what your eating on a cycle...of course you wont be eating shit. 6 times a day isnt enough IMO. I eat 9 times a day.
    Too much rice will make you fat but if you have enough to fit into your daily macros you'll be fine.

    That source doesnt know crap!!..just kidding bro...well you know it all depends on your goals bro...if you're looking to gain...then you know your calories aswell as protein should be on the high according to your weight....to lean out then your protein should still be on the high side but you watch your carbs not only the amount but the types of carbs....oh and you wont get fat on brown rice ...I promise.

    just to let you know i eat about 3 bowls of rice per day 1 cup each i think im doing great at that its that if i dont eat rice i feel very week

    Carbs are good for you a source of energy fuel...
