Pain in Glute

I am new to the steriod cycle. I just had my first shot last Wednesday and still have a moderately tender Glute muscle. Is this normal or is it possible I gave the injection wrong? Sustanon250

As said above virgin muscles hurt + Sust hurts so unless you have a fever I would say you should be A O K........

What length needle did you use to inject??

I would sugest a 1.5 inch for glute shots.....

i had a similar experience recently but not a virgin glute since i've been on hrt for 5 months...usually alternate between right and left cheek but been going right lately cuz easier and pressed for time but Tuesday i went left and felt a twinge when going in then aspirate and inject fine no blood but felt sore for (like bruised feeling but no black/blue around site) like 2-3 days and was the first time with any probs whatsoever
