    i meant once you mix it up in the vial, how long can it stay at room temp?

    I dont know. I know its potency starts to decline if its not refridgerated. I wouldnt leave it out of the fridge once mixed for over 2-3 minutes, personally. I inject HCG when I'm standing next to the fridge!
