Hey I'm going through the information binge that I always seem to do before a cycle, maybe I've read too much but I'm getting mixed signals.
I just got my hands on two fresh bottles of test enanthate 250. I have plenty of nolva, and after reading a few hours of archives...I'd really like some specific advise.
I'm 28 yrs. old, 5'7, 200 lbs. im a porkchop, probably around 19% bf. I was a powerlifter till I messed my knees up, now I'm just a big bencher. I've been lifting seriously for about ten years, curently benching in the low fours.
I'm recently single, and need to to two things...to get some degree of symetry, and loose some real fat. I have had gyno, progesterone type I believe (puffy nipples) since puberty. Because of that, I run short, light cycles and eat like a pig. step one, which I started about two weeks ago, has been to clean my diet up, which is a challenge and I cant always adhere to.
All I want to do is run one bottle with some nolva while I clean up my build a little. I want to eat as strict as I can, and this time I am a little more aware of the value of carbs in my diet so I may do much better that previous diets, but I always end up getting discouraged and eating heavy to get my lifts up.
I just dont get any enjoyment out of cutting, I think a light run of test would keep me focused...and the obvious, I love running a cycle, cleanin up the diet, quitting the brew's for a few months. come out feelin like a million bucks.
'm basicly just fishing for any comments, and any are appreciated. One specific thing though, I keep reading from some guys that 250/wk isnt nearly enough, then that 250 is good enough for newer users. where do I fit in?
