Ive been lifting for the past 5 years and i am thoroughly convinced i need that little extra help. Ive never taken any steroids before and would like some advice. I understand the risk to reward aswell. I am looking for something that will put on muscle that i can sustain later on without the drug. At this point im not looking to stack. Ive been told winstrol or d-bol would be good to start off with, and also what would i need to take (if any) to combat liver damage and gyno?
