As far as myself, I like it in cycles basically as a cheap replacement for var.
I am currently in the 5th week of an 8 week cycle and I am impressed. I am taking 60mgs a day for the last 4 weeks. Make sure you eat every 2 hours and drink plenty of water, I had to up my carb intake to get the results I was looking for. Arms have went from 16" to 161/2" and shoulders are looking wicked.

Im currently doing 60mg a day as well and just finished my first week. Im taking tribulus & creatine caps that i made myself from the raw powders and they definately help. Gonna run it about 50 days straight into a full blown cycle.

Anyway here is what you can expect from tbol (individuals vary of course):
Week 1-3: Some minor to heavy gas and or stomachaches, a few headaches (especially during intense workouts), and better pumps in the gym.
Week 4-5: Increased vascularity, improved strength gains. Workout pumps can be so intense that it becomes painful. Size gains are low to moderate; expect 10-15lbs gain if diet, workout, and rest is spot-on. Bad sides form weeks 1-3 subside.
Week 6-8: Strength gains plateau. Weight gains plateau. May want to bump up dose 10-20 mg/ed (80 mg/ed max.) depending on sides. Workouts continue to be very good and satisfying.

gotcha...what about Dbol for the 1st 4 with the test.....2 only test in the middle..then the last 4 with test & Tbol? or is that stupid? remember i am new.

Tbol is moderately liver toxic, and dbol has been shown as moderate-high liver toxic. I wouldn't want to run both in a cycle.
