    Cool Can I take a sleep aid while on my cycle?

    I've had some sleep problems lately, and would usually pop a zanax. But I'm already really sketchy about doing anything that might potentially put my liver any more harm than it already is. Would I be ok to take something or should I not? Thanks.

    While i was on my cycle i used 4mg of Valum on the nights i couldent sleep or 10mg of Oxzazepam

    Melatonin and valerian root work great. Run a search.
