this is my second cycle
- i train hard 3 days on, one day off
- diet is good, lots of fish, and chicken (2 cans of tuna, and 4 chicken breast every day)

any help, i don't know why i am not gaining my last cycle i gained 30lb, and kept about 15lb.
Can some one tell me what i am doing rong????
