    Exclamation Week 6 sust 250, with little results

    i am on week 6 of sust 250, i am not noticing any big changes. I am a bit stronger, but not too much size. i gained about 6lb. i am quite disapointed.

    cycle:
    1-12 sust 750mg a week (i shoot every mon, wed, firday)
    8-14 winny 50mg ed

    this is my second cycle
    - i train hard 3 days on, one day off
    - diet is good, lots of fish, and chicken (2 cans of tuna, and 4 chicken breast every day)
    i am 5'6"
    170lb
    12%bf
    6years training

    any help, i don't know why i am not gaining my last cycle i gained 30lb, and kept about 15lb.
    Can some one tell me what i am doing rong????

    EASY Not enough food at least 4000+ cals a day bro .... AAS is just a tool ... It wont make you grow unless you eat take in the right amount of protein . carbs fat.. water ect........... also training aswell

    meal 1
    oatmeal
    banana
    protean shake
    1/2cup of nuts
    6 egg whites

    meal 2
    fruts,
    chicken breast
    tuna sandwich

    meal three
    flax seed oil
    turkey sandwich

    post work out meal 4
    protean shake
    cratean shake
    salmon (or tuna)

    meal 5
    chicken, rice and veg

    meal 6
    protean shake and nuts

    meal 7
    12 grain bagel with cream chese

    meal 8
    veg, and protean shake

    bro trust me i eat alot, i get jaw cramps.... i am eating right now

    what were your past cycles like .... dieting MG dosages ....compounds run ... you know that there has been times that i have gotten AAS compounds that were way underdosed( not fake ) ... its all good bro I will try and help

    my last cycle was
    1-12 test e 500mg a week
    1-12 decca 300 mg a week
    1-6 dbol 40 mg a day

    ..... i am just thinking i have been getting alot of head aches, and i have been taking asperin could that be effecting my cycle????could the asprin be whats keeping me from gianing, is that possiable????

    asprin acts as blood thinner... and I dont think that would be the problem... what i am concerned about is the head ACHES.... how long ago has it been since your last cycle before this one? what was your PCt like... how long did you wait inbetween cycles? DID you have BW done pre cycle? have you been checking your B/P.......are you taking an AI? whats your BF% whats your\

    i took about 5 months off befor starting this cycle, i had my blood work done, and everything was fine.... i am taking 50 mg of liquedex ed along with the sust, to keep me from retaining water.

    i could be wrong, but the water weight is what u seem to not be getting like u probably did on your previous cycle. i gained about 12lbs. when i did my sus and deca cycle. strength kicked in to turbo in week 7 (i was doin 500mg p/wk of sus and 400 deca). i ended up weighing the same weight that i started with, but way more defined. the same thing happened with my friend. just keep doing what u r doing. the gains u r making are most likely keepers since u are not retaining water. u could look at it like that. good luck.

    clomid 100 mg first week
    clomid 50 mg second week
    i think i was retaning alot of water

    thats a good way of looking at it..... its just i had such high expections of this cycle.... and i am disapointed....

    NOOOOOOOOOOOO dont do that bro.... bad idea.. just stick with what you are doing .. I am sure things are going to kick in ... but i would be very concerned about the head aches ... keep tabs on your BP... also add more carbs like sweet potatoes ... brown rice 2 - 4 times a day whole milk as much as you can drink...

    Your taking asprin on cycle??!!! Asprin is a NSAID (non-steroidal anti-inflametory drug) I've read an article in Muscular Development that said that NSAID's prohibit protein synthesis, and that is why your not seeing the results you want. Google: NSAID's and muscle development. The article is in the September edition of MD, check it out and good luck
