How Much Arimi with cycle???????????????

Getting ready to start 600mg test-cyp and 400mg nan-dec cycle, my previous cycles were test only, I took .5mg Arimidex eod, my face seems to bloat real bad, I want to try to keep the facial bloating down on this cycle, would .5mg of Arimidex every day be ok, would it help?

.5mg ed is perfectly gfine. Even just run .25mg ed. I really believe running an AI ed rather than eod is very advantageous and almost a must. I have tried running AI's eod and I still get sides. ED is the safest way to go.

try proviron. i was on 600mg ew cyp, my face bloated bad. someone on here recomended i try it and wala. good to go. i took a-dex plus proviron. also diet= big factor in bloat...even beer.

.5mg ED of a-dex seemed to work well for me on 500mg of test, started at .25mg but my fat face would no longer fit through the holes in my T-Shirts, bumped it to .5mg and alot of the water went away
