I have just come off of a good 12wk. bulk cycle of 500mg. sust. per week and 50mg. d-bol per day. My stats are 33yo. 5`5 213lbs. @9%. I cannot beleive that my bodyfat is this low. I now would like to run 500mg. sust. ,400mg. EQ. per week with winny at 25mg. per day. Should I run a higher dosage of sust.? Should I go 25mg. winny per day or should I run 50mg. evry other day?
