I would take a day off every two weeks..........my diet is 100% spot on, I do low intensity cardio on most morning, hal an houf on the bike, with no efedrine, I also cut out all simulants, I just use caff and l carnitine for boxing

hey bro- everybody is different in regards to overtraining, but I think pretty much anyone would be overtraining with your schedule. I'd be sure to get AT LEAST one day completely off a week, with 2 or 3 being better. Good Luck.

Depends on the intensity of the Boxing and your diet/sleep patterns.

my program is like that and on cycle I feel like I am not overtrained per se BUT I do feel that kind of program hinders progress at the gym..

you have a possible four days in a row of gym. That's too much IMO, you won't be able to sustain the intensity in your workouts, not to mention it would be hard on your central nervous system.. i would do boxing instead of gym on friday and get plenty of rest.

Like I said I take the boxing as cardio
Diet is great, and the day time naps and evening sleep are both spot on

i run my own pretty lucrative tourism buisness in the summer, that takes about 4 months....and its only gym time then, no boxing
...just trying to stay as shredded and big as I got to that point....
This is my winters scheme of things, when I'm finishing up law school but I'm taking my time with it, its just a piece of paper I want to have if all of my buisnessess go southLast edited by bor; 10-18-2006 at 07:39 AM.

ACtually, bodybuilding wise my goals have changed quite a bit, I don't plan on doing gh or slin, so I'll never be 300 pounds or anthying...
I just want to be cut and hard like the hanibal king dude in blade 3, and big as that TRANSPORTER guy - well a bit biger since I'm already pretty up to pair with him...
I like the new way Mirko Filipović looks....
I want people on the street still to be amazed by how freaky big I look, and you don't have to be Ronnie to do that...
The biggest decision I made, was that I wouldn't do those crazy see-food, fat ass diets for bulking - I even changed my bulking cycle from test e,deca ,nap to prop, nap and early morning low intensity cardio with no stimmmulants, xcept for caff here and there....Last edited by bor; 10-18-2006 at 07:45 AM.

Weel good news, boxing is just 2 days not 3 so...
Day 1 - boxing
2- gym - legs and some arms
3- boxing
4- gym - shoulders
5- gym - chest and some triceps touch ups
6- gym - back and some biceps touchups
7 - off
- calves and forearms are alternated every workout
- abs abs almost every gym day in some form
Sometimes I'll just change the sunday for another off day, probably saturday
