Everyone is different. I went about 6 cycles without running it, as Im not prone to gyno as far as I know. this cycle Im on now, my 7th. for the first time ever my nips got tender to the touch. So I started to run it about week 3, andhave been doing so ever since. I will always run it now, ed, just to be safe....

Agreed...Arimidex would be a much better option. It would cut down on bloat as well.

So would you say that Armidex would be a better choice than Aromasin? What would the best effective dosage be and should I start on day one or sooner or later?

It looks like Aromasin is 85% effective while Arimidex is only %50 effective.

if you use nolva i would start it when you notice something in the nip ive done a number of test e cycs and havents stgarted the nolva until earliest week 7 or 8...i would go aromasin tho.......

Letro..... My first cycle I did Nolva thoughtout the whole thing, My second I did Letro and got much better results. Nolva should really only be used if you think you are getting gyno and during pct.

And either could still be appropriate. Some estro is neccessary for staying healthy. Arimidex works great for many people, and if you're not super gyno prone then it should work great for you.

If not (like me) Letro or aromasin will be more appropriate. If I even look at a bottle of test my boobies start to grow, so I gotta use Letro.

I would keep letro on hand for my cycle. I ended up using it half way through to prevent cyno and it worked great.
