    Aas And Blood Pressure

    ok,
we know that AAS can bring up blood pressure.
so its going to get up no matter what. we also know that it will go down after cycle. but in what range is it something to worry about, even thought its from steroids ?
    cheers

It should go down after you remove the cuase of the high BP.

You can try Hawthorne Berry Extract during to help with BP issues.

Id say if its over 142/90, Especially watch that bottom number an dmake sure it dosnt get to high, If it gets out of control ask your doc about blood pressure meds.

Things that can help with blood pressure:

    Hawthorne berry
    Garlic
    An A-I (aromotase inhibitor)
    Fish Oil
    Mother wart

Thats just a few things that i use and it does help alot, Especially the hawthrone berry.

And an increase in red blood cells. The point is to avoid it in the first place, instead of looking for things to treat it.

Control the estro sides, and most likely, you can control the BP...Not always though.

i am currently doing cardio during my cycle first thing in the morning as i am preparing for a show.....prior to the my cardio sessions, my blood pressure and heart rate were sky high because i was cycling to bulk and not doing any cardio, in fact she wanted to start me on high blood pressure meds and run all kinds of tests on me.....i went to the doc a few days ago, and my blood pressure and heart rate have decreased dramatically, despite the fact that im using more AS now than i was before, she didnt even mention any meds or tests i needed, and she was also pleased in my decrease in body weight......my conclusion is that its dew to the cardio sessions, and the fact that im not carrying around as much body weight.....after the show im going to try to maintain a more leaner offseason, as i feel 100 times better than when i was 20 lbs heavier.....
