im running T3 and have been having serious trouble getting into ketosis.. i couldnt figure out what the hell the problem was and then it hit me.... when taking my next dose of var, i looked closely at my hand and saw what looked like talc powder, then i thought..... oh fack its corn starch!!!!.. taking 6 caps a day, basically filled with corn starch, is preventing me from getting into ketosis.. there goes my oatmeal in the morning.
who the hell uses corn starch for a filler?
