    DMAN corn starch as a filler is facking up my diet!!

    im running T3 and have been having serious trouble getting into ketosis.. i couldnt figure out what the hell the problem was and then it hit me.... when taking my next dose of var, i looked closely at my hand and saw what looked like talc powder, then i thought..... oh fack its corn starch!!!!.. taking 6 caps a day, basically filled with corn starch, is preventing me from getting into ketosis.. there goes my oatmeal in the morning.

    who the hell uses corn starch for a filler?

    but dude cant be more than 5gs of corn starch


    hmmm I wonder the nutritional value of cornstarch

    i think its like 7 carbs per teaspoon... not sure how much corn starch 6 caps can hold but i think its pretty significant ONLY because im trying to be in ketosis throughout the week. otherwise it wouldnt matter.. and im pretty sure corn starch is like one of the worst things to eat cause its basically white flour i think... the worst part is i was taking 1 dose b4 morining cardio, thinking i was on an emty stomach, and one before bed. yippe

    I do not think the amount of carbs in 1 tab wiould effect you AM cardio

    i take 3 am and 3 pm was planning on bumping it to 4 am and 4 pm

    ahhh still....I would think you would burn that up in about the first three minutes of cardio....

    side note I make my var at 25mg....and use creatine mono for filler

    yeah im probably just over reacting a little.. its just that its my first time running T3 and want to get the most out of it...
