Slip Estimate?

Alright guys, if yall have any experience with this give me some feed back...I know its possible to trace credit card slips when purchasing over the internet, but have any of yall ever ACTUALLY got into some trouble with the law when ordering from a source across seas. Its my last chance for a source, so tell me my odds of being successful.

They have those VISA debit cards you buy @ 7-11, one time use..

Not to purchase the debit, because it's like a visa giftcard you buy for however much you need. If you lose it or anything your f'd.

The only time you'd have to give your addy is for delivery.
