Why wont my delt stop twitching?

I shot into my delt yesterday and im assuming i hit a nerve because my shoulder started twitching uncontrolably when the pin was about halfway in, so i pulled out and shot in another area. Anyway my shoulder has been twitching every few mins for the last 24 hours and its really starting to piss me off, what the hell is going on?

You most likely DID hit a nerve. I dont think there is much you can do, call your doc and maybe he can help. I would assume that it would most likely clear up on its own granted there is no major damage.

diagnose-me.com suggested that as the best way to relieve it... Think i'll try a few other things 1st, sitting on the couch like a vegetable eating burritos and wathcing family guy might interfere with my workouts
