    Whats bets for localized growth?

    Im trying to improve the size of my bi's and tri's, what would better for this. IGF-1 Ec (True Mechano growth factor) or Lyophilized Long R3 IGF-1 from ARR?

    Diet:3500 calories daily

    Whats your bodyfat%?

    Stats don't look that impressive for 4 cycles.
    I would advise you to check out the workout forum & diet forum for your answers, and not look for chemicals for answers.

    MGF, synthol......oh and using an exercise that targets the desired muscle.

    im going to give you the best answer

    40mcg IGF (20mcg each muscle bilaterrally) only PWO. If you want that to be even more effective then add MGF, but IGF would defiantely be my first choice. Synthol is for n000bz

    edit: And only pin it 2x a week if you only lift a muscle group once a week. For example

    Monday:
    Chest/tris - work tris last, and then pin them no more than 10 mins after you last set.

    Wed:
    Back/Bi- work back first, annihilate your biceps and pin no more than 10 mins after last set into bis.


    If you pin it everyday in that muscle your basically going to get just of IGF going systematic which is not what you want.You want to keep it in the muscle you want focus on for growth(you do this by pinning PWO only), and IGF-1 downregulates everysingle time you use thats why you should keep it to 2-3x a week in the muscle you want to focus on. So instead of running igf for a month pinning it in your biceps/triceps every day, you will be pinning it for more like 8 weeks. This is also more effective once again cause the downregulation that occurs with IGF combined with pinning everyday in the muscle if its not worked is going to give you a good size of intestines.


    This is just what information i have gathered over my readings on IGF.
