When I ran clen & T3, I didn't loose alot of muscle. Some yes, but not alot. If you are comfortable with loosing afew lbs of muscle, then I wouldn't worry.

t3 eats through my muscle like all hell. clen treated me good, but i'd never use t3 again. it's all very individualized, but my experience with it sucked. then again, since you're looking to lose muscle, it might be a good idea for you. i must say though, you're the first person i've ever heard complain about TOO MUCH muscle.

I haven't run T3 with clen. Done clen and worked very well, but was told that the t3 wasn't really needed. Then I had some crazy shakes and cramping while on clen and I had wished that I had some T3. I hear it works well for that. I had to drink about 2 gallons of water a day to keep from cramping so bad.

L-Taurine helps ALOT for cramping due to clen.

I've used T3, and was not majorly impressed. I was willing to sacrafise some muscle, but the results were not amazing.

I do love clen though, and I'm currently running clen now. (just started)
