    Trying to shred and get hard

    I have always been able to get HUGE but never cut up or very defined. I Have a source for unlimited, legit, Europe gear... Want to stack Winny with something else for bulk and hardness with no water retention or fat... Trying to decide between Trenabol Depot and Primibolan. Any thoughts? Sus 250 will also be in the mix to some degree. Thanks.

    Maybe that was the wrong word

    I've just always been able to bulk up very easily. 22" arms, 18" neck... just no definition.

    Stats

    I'm 38. 253 lbs, 23% B.F., 36" waist. I'm trying to lose body fat but keep muscle. I'm strong and muscular but no definition (I have big, round arms).

    Any suggestions on how to do that would be great. Any diet advice would be appreciated too.

    Re gear... I was told that Tren depot would harden... primobolan would shred. And winy is a must.

    Fix your diet and do cardio would be your best bet.

    Eat clean and cardio 4x a week. Cut down to 15%bf first. THe more fat you carry, the more complicated and potentially worse it will make your cycle.

    u may sacrifice some muscle but there are ways to help fight catabolism. get a straight diet and cardio like hellmask said. thats ur best bet

    lots of protien plus calorie defecit... and bust yo ass at the gym...

    i agree, at that high of BF, you are going to see minimal hardness and shape develop from winnie and primo, even with the addition of tren....i would first consider altering my diet and hitting the cardio hard for awhile, maybe til you get down to 15% BF........just my opnion, if you what to use go right ahead......
