I HAVE ALWAYS LIFTED WITH A GOAL FOR CUTTING...NOW I AM GOING TO START A CYCLE OF SUS 250 AND DECA , I AM GOING TO MODIFY THE WAY I LIFT AS FAR AS REPS, AND WEIGHT,, THE QUESTION...SHOULD I DO A BURN OUT AT THE END OF EACH SET....
EXP BENCH 8X150 6X185 4X225 2X260 BURN OUT WITH SAY 200??????????????
