NewBIE Please Help
I am going to be taking steroids for the first time.
I am currently 6 foot 1 185 pounds
my goal is to achieve 220 pounds.
Can you guys please give me some specifics on what sort of cycle I should start?
I can get pretty much anything available and money is not a worry.
Thanks Everybody.

I was a great deal heavier. I just lost a bunch of body fat. Now I have about 10% body fat.
I agree... I am totally too skinny.. I feel like a baby carrot pole.
My diet has just recently changed dramatically. I was eating very low carbs and high protein... Now that I have lost a bunch of body fat I want the mass back.
I need advice on what to do.
If I need to gain weight naturally first then I will.
I thought that this route would be a better alternative.
Thanks for your input guys.

Yeah?
Bad idea?
what would be your advice on finding a proper diet/training program to gain mass. I am currently training about 5 times a week. I am willing to do anything, I just want to take the next step.
Thanks

So you guys think that taking a cycle would be a bad idea because of my current weight and age?
How long should I wait? 6 months? A year? 10 years?
What weight should I be at?
Thanks a bunch guys!

How long you should wait before cycling could be argued til we're all old men. IMO, if you are still gaining muscle, then you shouldn't start. It's only after you've conquered a few plateaus and really dialed in your training and diet, and still can't get any farther, that's when you should think about it. Good luck.
