    How are steroids made?

    I was thinking about the tree today of, you get the product from lets just say a UGL, who mixes, filters, etc etc the powders, but the powders come from China/Taiwan/Egypt/etc but what are the powders made of? Where do those come from?

    Basically they take different compounds, that form sing, double, or triple bonds, and synthesize these chemicals. Usually they're processed through a furnace. Its a complicated process, but the end product is easy easy to test against the father compound.

    Actually I think there was a little truth in that. I did a research paper a while back and I think the romans used to do that. Bulls or pigs or something... Claimed it gave them strength etc.

    Bulk synthesis.. Take organic chem (II specifically) and they show how to create the cyclic compounds (mono, di, tri, etc..) which is exactly what test is.

    Theres some sort of a compound thats extracted from wild yams that supposedly "looks" like testosterone to your body. I beleive its used in a legal supplement. 17-HD by Vyotech, I think. There's something in there, cuase it gave me puffy nips after I took like 7X the dosage before my workout.

    Yes. Shits way over priced though. They sent out bags of single serving samples to our stores...Yeah umm...they lasted about a week.

    Seriously though, I'm not the only one that got puffiness from them. Another one of my customers said the same thing (of course I did it anyways..)
