Hey guys, I am new here but I have been reading a lot of useful information over the past few weeks. There is just an enormous amount of data and opinions here. Being a Newbie it is hard to figure out what exactly would apply to me as I am not a body builder. I’m going to give you a little background and if you feel like answering my couple questions I would greatly appreciate it.
First cycle M/27/5'11"/190lbs/18% BF - I run 5 miles 3 times a week and work out hard Brazilian Jiu-jitsu 4 times a week. I lift low weight/high rep 2-3 times weekly.
I want to run a long term cycle of Test Cyp. I’m not looking for weight gain just lean muscle. I’m thinking 250mg every week for indefinite period of time. I’m going to be competing in Jiu-jitsu a lot next year and I’m looking to get that extra edge.
The catch is I already know that I am prone to gyno as I got some naturally through puberty and my hair doesn’t seem to be falling out but I have a deep receding hairline through my mom and dads side. Don't want it to get worse.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this relatively small dosage cycle?
Also what would be a good combo/application to battle the potential hairloss/gyno? Im having a little trouble understanding which ones work togther and which ones don't.
Any other newbie advice would also be greatly appreciated.
