What one would be better?
Hey everyone just wanted the experts advice on this.
What cycle would you run first
Week 1-3 /250mgs SUSTANON
week 4-5 /500mgs SUSTANON
week 6-8 /250mgs SUSTANON
and clomid for pct
Or
Week 1 to 13: 10mg Nolvadex daily
Week 1 to 10: 400mg of EQ weekly
Week 1 to 10: 500mg TEST weekly
wk 13 - 40mg nolva+ 100mg clomid daily
wk 14 - 30mg nolva+ 50mg clomid daily
wk 15 - 20mg nolva+ 50mg clomid daily
Should I save the SUSTANON for the second cycle?

My stats are 20yo 5'9'' 160lbs not sure of my bodyfat.
been training for 3 years. I also have pictures of any of you would like to see let me know.

If i read that right your gona stair step the sustanton.Just run the 500mg the hole time their is no reason not to.

Ok thanks, thats all the sustanton250 I have so I guess I will do the second cycle and get more sustanton250 and do it on my next cycle.
do you think I will make good gains with the EQ and Test cycle I have?

yeah, gains should be good. everyone will tell you eq doesn't kick in for 12 weeks but i am ONLY on 450mg EQ (little experiment) and i am in the middle of week 5. eating right, lifting right and i have already put on 4-5 lbs. and pumps are noticeablly better. i figure if it takes 3 weeks for EQ to be out of the system (half life) it takes the same to get into the system. my bodyfat is under 10% so i think that makes the pumps more noticeable. rambling... -steele

O.K. guys I need some help too. I'm 6'3" 250 lbs. I have deca and sus. How much and how long long should I go?
