Ok, I want to take a cycle but i'm unsure of what to take and doses.
My stats are: Years of working out. Right now I train like an athelete. I compete in the Firefighter combat challenge so I do alot of plyo, power endurance and strength training.
I weight 185 lbs. 5'11". My scale at home always has my body fat at 20-22%. I recently had a 3 site caliper measurement done and it had it at 16%. I did a nine site and it had 13 %. I did a lay down electrode test and it said 14%.
I eat 4 small meals a day with 2 snacks sometimes a protien shake or smoothie. I eat very healthy. I eat only clean carbs, limit my sugar intake, eat lots of fruits and veggie, little to no red meat, lots of water, etc.
I'm looking to gain 10 lbs. and increase my strength and endurance to help me train harder to ultimately get faster at my sport.
