Deca and sus

can anyone give me advice on dosage and weeks.
also have Clomid armidex and clenbuterol . when would be optimal times for these as well
any advice would be much usefull

weeks 1-10 deca @ 400mg/week
weeks 1-10 sust @ 500mg/week
weeks 1-10 arimidex @ .5mg/day
week 13 clomid 300mg/day 1, 100mg/day x next 10 days, 50mg/day x next 10 days

clen start at 1 tab/day and add one tab/day until you get to 6-7 tabs per day...stay there for the remainder of two weeks. Then take 2 weeks off and use an ECA, then back on clen for 2 weeks (start at 6 tabs, no need to taper back up), off for 2 weeks (back on ECA) and finally the last two weeks back on clen.

Pete do you have that in a text file somewhere on your computer? so you just jave to cut and paste it EVERYTIME someone asks that same question...
