Sorry, if I sound like a dope, but I need some advice. I'll give you a little background. I'm a college baseball player that was/is suffering from a "tight" tendon in the back of my throwing shoulder. MRI with dye shows no injury, just "tight" shoulder tendon. I was given Rx for physical therapy and ended up exhausting all 5 months of p/t. I was seen by 3 surgeons, who all say no surgery, just p/t. I had deep tissue massage, accupuincture, active relase treatment, taking anti-inflamms, muscle relaxers, you name it and nothing helped. I was on the verge of losing my scholarship until about 6 weeks ago when I saw another doctor who told me that I needed to build up the "big" shoulder muscles and work the smaller tendons, muscle with reps. along with the rest of your core, and continue stretching the tendon until you can't stand it,A friend on the baseball suggested Sustestryl 250. I started lifting about 6 weeks ago and then began with 250 ml per week 4 weeks ago. I noticed a major change in size, strength and believe it or not I've been throwing without pain for the last two weeks.
Per the doctor I stay away from benches that I bring down all the way to my chest and overhead lifting that would put too much strain on the shoulder and limit my range of motion. I also don;t work the upper back which is where the problems with baseball players come in as far as throwing.
One of the other players suggested that I stack the Test with d-bol. Is this a good idea or do you have any suggestions? If I do how much should I take? What is the difference between Sustestryl 250 and Sustenon 250?
My baseball career is on the line, so I'll try about anything. I just don't want to lose what I've gained. I'm 21 years old, 5'11" and weigh 196. I wouldn't even have thought of doing this unless I was in danger of losing my baseball scholarship. I have a good chance of getting drafted if I can get through this season.
How about anti-e's and pct?
