250mg test e a week for 10 weeks Make it 500 mg for 12 weeks

300 mg of npp a week for 10 weeks What is this?

25mg a day of dbol for 4weeks Make it an even 30 mg/ed

how much weight will i gain and also how quickly will my gains come also is this a good cycle ? The famous newbie question. No one knows this. It depends on your diet, training, rest, ect.. IF you do everything right on top of a good foundation you might gain a few pounds.

Please list everything you eat, how much, when, and how many meals a day you have. In addition, please break it down into macros (fats, carbs, pro) and add them up for us. Simply monitoring your protein is not enough.

I've not posted for some time now but I feel I should here. Firstly, you say you're 20 (a little young IMO to be needing AAS') you won't have reached your genetic potential, hence you ain't gonna get great results that last from this cycle. How long have you been training? Getting to a sustainable 225lbs from where you are now is going to take time, dedication, desire, good nutirition, hard training, lots of rest...Taking AAS' will not do you a great deal of good unless all of the above are in order. I'm not trying to put you down as I believe that everyone needs advice but you need to forget about the AAS until you have a solid base that you can build upon - I worked in the fitness industry for a few years and I've seen too many young guys doing AAS simply to get where they could have got naturally.

    I agree.

Get your diet in check and Im
willing to bet you can still grow
    naturally.There's no reason you
cant learn what you can in the meantime..
but it's too soon for you..IMO.
