My post-workout meal I usually have a protein shake and a simple carb. Also I take the recommended amount of Flaxseed oil per day too (9 capsules). I also drink a shitload of water at least 12 glasses a day.
Or should I continue to have more carbs because I heard with sus 250 and deca you should bulk? Is that true? And what should I do?
