    Should I lean down on this cycle????

    Hey guys. I'm 5'10" 170-175 pounds and my bodyfat is around 10-12 percent.

    I'm currently in my 6th week of using sustenon 250 and 4 weeks for the Deca (I got it late, long story short and I'm not sure the amount of both in mg but I use 1 ml for both with 3 day gaps. Anyway, I was curious, I've put on mass using Muscle Juice 2x a day 1000 calories and 150 carbs, but my body fat seems to have gone up slightly.

    Is it possible for me to REALLY lean down if I use a low carb protein shake 2x a day, 1 protein bar with 30g protein and 45g of carbs (before my workout), and 2-3 other very low carb meals such as chicken and cottage cheese, egg whites and salmon etc? My post-workout meal I usually have a protein shake and a simple carb. Also I take the recommended amount of Flaxseed oil per day too (9 capsules). I also drink a shitload of water at least 12 glasses a day.

    Or should I continue to have more carbs because I heard with sus 250 and deca you should bulk? Is that true? And what should I do?

    you obviously don't know how much you're taking, and how often it should be taken. you're running this entirely wrong, with no clue of the basics.

    finish your cycle properly & dont do anything else except hit the diet forum & weights for a while.U are literally clueless right now & need to learn before you juice again.

    I'm taking 1ml = 250mg of sustenon and deca every four days. I am a beginner. I was just wondering if I can now lean on this cycle even though usually test is used for bulking.

    I just read one post. But why do you think I'm all clueless?? I just started eating carbs in the morning and the post-workout meal (I workout around 4-5PM) like one of the posts said. All I was asking is that if it's a good idea to restrict carbs while taking test? I was told that Muscle Juice, not Muscle Milk, was a good way to put on mass by a friend who has been working out for years, and I've cut that because I'm trying to lower my intake of carbs.

    First off, your using a 19-Nor, where is the AI to combat estrogenic and progestenic side effects?

    How long is the cycle? Taking into account the time it takes for the compounds listed to "kick in"?

    Whats your PCT protocol, if you have one?

    Where did you conduct your research on AS, if any?

    Why did you choose combining two compounds for your first cycle?

    Does your PCT start time match up? As your using the ester Deconate in both Sust and Deca ?

    You decided against HCG when "on", when using a 19-Nor, to maintain tesicular size and function?

    What are your doses of each compound?

    I could go on....

    Okay. First of all, this isn't my first cycle. Secondly, I'm not doing any PCT except take some natural testosterone enhancers. I cannot get any anti-estorgen agents like Clomid. Yes, both the test and deca end at the same time, though I've heard it's better to end test last. The doses of each compound is 250mg, as stated above. And my cycle is 8 weeks test and 6 weeks deca. I am also not concerned with maintaining tesicular size and function, while on my cycle.

    Great. Thanks everyone for answering my question and not criticizing me. You've all been great. I heard that because my bodyfat is low I do not need to worry about gynecomastia .

    I've never done a PCT before and I've always kept my gains. But still no one has answered my question

    You've got it all wrong. I am not looking to be huge and bulky. That's not for me. I want to be very lean with muscle.

    Bro,You are either not reading the responses to your post or just ignoring them....At 170 or 175 trust me no need worry about being huge or bulky cause you're far from it...Did you know your goals before starting the cycle???..obviously not if your asking can you lean out on the cycle that you're already on...again not trying to flame you bro but you're on the wrong track...start all over again and this time do some reading...cause as it is you're wasting your time,money and AAS.

    Ok well you obviously are lost, but I will answer your question for you. It is pretty simple...
    If you want to reduce bodyfat, than sure diet down, if you dont well than dont diet down.

    Its merely a personal choice, it makes NO difference what anabolics you are using. You dont have to use deca to bulk, there is no rule.
