clen first timer

whew...Clen is overwhelming! I did the last drop of my first 80 mcg today after a few days of ramping up. Talk about shakes...rush would call me a liar but it's uncontrolable.

I went to the bank today too, to withdraw every last dime from my account. I was shaking like a leaf, eyes were darting, forehead pouring sweat...lol the chick at the counter looked nervious, like I was doing something very wrong.

Funny though, I havnt had any probs sleeping on the stuff despite the shakes...in fact I sleep like a baby.

I dunno, not too bad. Just wanted to comment, and get a few posts behind my belt

Are you taking taurine for the shakes?

actually no, I hadnt seen that taurine yould help with shakes, and since I havnt had any cramping, I didnt get any taurine. I do plan on it though, I recently read that it should be there regardless.

actually, today I stretched real hard and pulled a retarted face, and my face muscles just locked up....my cheaks and neck cramped like crazy. Im stoppin at gnc on the way to the gym tonight though.......

as long as you expend a lot of energy throughout the day and don't take your last dose to late in the day sleeping should be ok.
