Helpp!!!!!!!

ok,
so i do 2 delt shots today, one on each shoulder.
everything is fine for while...until TIME kicked in!
about exactly 9 hours after shot my right shoulder starts feeling sore, and just alittle with my left.
hours later, same thing, left is normal pain, and right starts to be more pain. after awhile i cant move my right arm up and down much.
right now, i cant move right arm up and down AND i can feel pain without moving.
im PRETTY sure the shoulder is puffed up more than the left and like i said it hurts!
it is NOT pussing and is not EXTREMELY red, but hurts.
please help me, im about to take HOT bath and have already put on ice.
WHAT WILL I DO?

If it starts to get worse then go to the doctor,

Go to the gym and do shoulders.

If it becomes red and hot then go see the doc. Tell him you shot some B12.

And on a seperate note PB i like the new avy, if the old avy was also you , well you now look as if you have added 20 lbs of muscle. you look good.

i would try to massage the area ....and also eated ...i use an infrared massage device....

good luck...and if it does get worse go to the ER

35lb. Started at 87 kilos now 103 kilos. Will obviously shed water and lose a fair ammount. I hope to keep 10lb.

holly crap..thatz a lot of weight..could you pm me your cycle ..or post it here...

i hope you keep more..cause it looks good...and doesn't seem to me that you retained that much water..if you retained at all...

Monitor it, and if it lasts for awhile or gets worse then go see your doc.

hey, good news,
my shoulder is good now.
dont know WTF i did. im guessing that i injected close to a nerve and it disturbed it......?
