    How to continue

    My friend, proffesional kiokoshin fighter, is on his 3 week of his cycle. Unfortunatelly, yesterday in a mach, he broke his hand. What should he do?

    well if he has brocken his hand he is not gonna get much in the way of training done now is he??
    logic would say to stop the cyle now and run his pct...........
