If you are ready then 500mg pw for 10 weeks is fine.
Before you go for it though, make sure you have gained as much as you can do naturally, you are not too young and your diet,training and lifestyle are in check.
should i take clomid after this cycle?
I usually run hcg, clomid and nolva for pct... I also add trib or tongkat.
