    When should Omnadren 250 be taken before a workout, hours or minutes before?

    Bro it really doesn't matter. The first shot and last shot is going to stay in your system for 29 days so it really doesn't matter when you take it. Now more experienced body builders may tell you different. But from what i know so far i should be right.

    The fastest ester in it is prop and it's not going to kick in that quickly. Shoot it anytime you want to.
