a clen question

What is the best method for taking clen. Once you get up to 6 tabs a day do you take 1 at 6 times, 2 at 3 times, or 3 at 2 times, or all 6 at one time. Also, should you not take any clen late at night or not. Does it matter what time of the day you take it.

Take it for 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, dont take it after 6pm. Split them up however works best for you.

I try to take one every few hours, but usually take 2 before a workout or before cardio.

I know this is an old thread, I just thought I would get flamed for started another one for just on question. Are you supposed to take the clen before meals like any thermogenic or are you supposed to take it with food, or does it matter one way or the other. Thanks for the help. Sorry for the old post.

i usually try to have a little some thing in my stomach before i take it, it isnt mandatory, but i have a wimp for a stomach!:(

Hey guys quick question about clen.. how does that stuff make you feel? Does it make you all nervous and jumpy? Or ECA for that matter? I would think being on that stuff would make it hard to sleep at night.. I don't know about you guys but I hate that feeling of your heart jumping out of your chest...

clen is like super charged ephedrine. it will make you nervous, and for the first few days your hands will shake quite a bit. sleeping can be a problem, especially if you take it after 6pm, which i wouldnt suggest. it takes some getting used to, but its worth it in the end.

So how about ECA vs Clen? Can you get the same results from either? And how hard are these on your system? Sounds like they are fast acting ie you lose weight fast?

eca is over the counter(hydroxycut, ripped fuel, etc...) and clen is prescription. clen is much more effective. like anything else, if you use sensible doses its not hard at all on your system. if you have heart problems or high blood pressure you should stay away from it.
