20 250mg aliquot 20 x 250= 5000 titration drug plus filler




remove 250 mg of the titrate (save for refill) 5,000 - 250=4,750 mg filler

take 4750mg of the filler 250mg of var and mix the hell out of it
then prepare caps for weighing 250 mg each.
