Hi everyone this is my first post !!!
my friend will be competin in the arabian championships in april 2003 ,he will represent his country there so it is a very important conest for him . there will be testing at the contest for illegal substances so he was told to stop juicin from december 2002 . ok he know whants to start a bulking cycle , he has been juicen for acouple of years now but he wants to take it very seriosely this time because he will be competing with some of the best arab bodybuilders.
he wants to start a bulking cycle
he whants it to contain the following test depo, deca , equipoise , d-bol and primo he does have nolvadex hcg and clomid for post cycle . so what do u guys think his cycle should be like ?
ill post some of his pics later on .
he is 5"5 and weighs 180
he whants to get to 220 with most of it muscle .
his current bodyfat is around 7 percent his abs are shown and cut .

Deca stays in your system for up to 18 months so if he stops in Decemebr 2002 he will test positive until June 2004.

I thought deca stays in the system for around a year .
anyway
so how bout going for dbol the first 4 weeks with 35mg/day
and test for 4 months .
i wanna know should we add the primo ?
and what about winstrol for the final month to do some hardening?

That doesn't sound too bad to me. Maybe something like this:

weeks 1-4 dbol @ 35mg/week
weeks 1-10 test prop @ 100mg/EOD
weeks 1-10 primo @ 400mg/week (100mg/eod)
weeks 1-10 arimidex @ .5mg/day
weeks 7-12 winstrol @ 50mg/day
week 13 clomid @ 300mg/day 1, 100mg/day x next 10 days, 50mg/day x next 10 days

is enanthate good here?
and how bout extendind it to 13-15weeks at a dosage of 750mg of test perweek.
instead of arimidex cant we go with 2 tabs of nolvadex plus one tab of proviron ?

Enth will work just fine @ 750mg/week...it does take longer to clear the system however. Entending the cycle is no problem either. Nolvadex will also work but has been known to hinder gains. I usually hold onto it until I see signs of aromitization. If I see signs of gyno I would start @ 80mg/day until signs go away, then drop to 40mg/day for a week then 20mg/day for remainder of cycle.

my friend has alot og equipoise lying around will that increase the potency of the cycle ? and what dosages do u suggest per week .
