I'm about to do my first cycle of Test Enanthate and D/Bol Like This:

Week 1-4 = D/Bol 25mg
Week 1-12 = Test Enanthate 500mg (250mg Sunday/250mg Wednesday)
Week 14-17 = Nolva 40mg/Day to kick in natural test levels. I perfer Nolva as it is the same as clomid, just happens to be a better Oestrogen blocker.

40mg of Nolva is as effective as 20mg so no need to go that high.
Get aromasin to go with it if you can, they work in different ways but don't affect each others effectiveness like some other compounds so they are really good together.

i really think you should start with 1 compound and make it test e to see how your body reacts. also what are your stats, age, weight, training, bf%

you can run a first cycle with 2 compounds

Nolva is better than clomid. They are both very similiar but nolva is more potent.

And nolva increases the bodies natural test levels aswell.

Because putting them together does increase their effectiveness (but not much) and because they are 5yrs behind in research.

Depends on the compounds used.

For Enanthate bound steroids its 2 weeks after the last shot.

If you are using Propionate esters only on the other hand 3 days is enough.

b/c this will be my first cycle and i want to see what i get out of a 10 week cycle and then for my second cycle i will run a 12 weeker and then compare the 2

bump the dbol dosage up 25mg isnt shiat in my opinion im running 50 ed and havent had any bad sides yet. (im not recommending 50 but definately more than 25)

Clomid and nolva are not the same compound. I prefer using both in PCT, with a AI.

For a first cycle, you don't need the dbol . I'd drop it. With 500mgs of test, you would have no problem packing on the muscle.

My research suggests otherwise.

Nolva is nearly the same at kicking in test levels as clomid. Nolva has better Anti Estrogen Effects (It blocks the receptors at least). This is why 99% of people think that Nolva is only used as blocking estrogen. Using both would only be slightly more effective
