    Help! Lost!

hey guys, to say the least its been an overall great experience (finally reached stable target weight) -- took me roughly 2 1/2 months to get down from 187, unfortunately my computer crashed and i dont have original pictures of me at starting weight.

bottom line, i did a nasty dirty bulk from 160 roughly 8 months ago and simply gained way to much fat. im at 165 currently, and physique seems really outta wack at this weight. cardio is preformed 6x @ 50 min/med intensity HR 60-75% fasted in the morning, abs are done three times weekly. ULTIMATE goal is just to get shredded with maintaining as much LBM as possible (heck, if it was only that easy) -- i have a minor/slight case of gyno, and hoping that shredding will help mask it.

    stats: 5'10
    weight: 165
    bf: 16.4% (last tested)

routine: http://bodybuilding.com/fun/transm83.htm (rough 5 day split)
cardio: 6x week/morning in fasted state @ 50 min med intensity

    rough diet: CAL/PROTEIN/FAT/CARB

    a) cardio, 24g whey - 144/24g protein

    b) post cardio nutrition - 8 egg whites, 1/2 cup oatmeal - 300/25g protein/20g carb

    C) lunch - chicken breast, salad, 1tbsp olive oil - 300/35g protein/15g fat/0 carb

    d) snack (pre w/o) - chicken breast/tuna, salad and 1/2 oats - 350 cals/35g protein/8g fat/31g carb

    e) post-workout - 48g whey, 1/2 oats, green apple/ - 500 cals/48 protein/31 carbs

    f) chicken breast, rice cakes (12) , salad - 280 cal/42g protein/2 fat/20g carb

    g) 24g casein pre-bed /1tbsp olive oil - 260 cal/24g protein/15g fat/0 carb

    cal: 2134
    protein: 233
    fat:40g fat
    carb: 102

    ----

honestly, any critique/advice is apperciated. end goal is retain as much LBM as possible, end up at around the 165-170 mark shredded. what do you guys recommend? i really don't feel like bulking again

    supplements: multi 2x daily/whey

    THANKS IN ADVANCE GUYS!

At 18, you should NOT be using any AAS. your body is producing plenty of hormones to help you grow if you do the right things. and if you DON"T do the right things, even AAS will not help as you can tell by your curent height/weight ratio

You need to learn how to eat properly in order to gain !! your calories are way too low if you are trying to bulk.

I would not have even started using AAS until you reached at least 190-200lbs at your height....

AAS needs FOOD in order to do any good. They do not work by themselves.

Get over to the diet forum and check out some bulking diets and save your money for FOOD not AAS at this time.....

Thanks for the responses guys. I understand and accept the fact that im simply not ready for AAS, and haven't nearly reached my bodys 'full genetic potential' for lack of a better word and understand that before my initial post. Just looking for some advice/critique on my routine and diet.

    Thanks.
