    looking for Dbol experienced users.....

    Got my Test last night...going to take 500mg/week for 10 weeks...and 200 Russian Dbol to jumpstart. I think I will take 6 a day (30mg) what is the most effective way to take this....disolve or swallow whole...and.......

    1) All at one in the morning at once (6:30am)
    2) 3 in the morning (6:30am) & 3 in the afternoon (an hour before I work out at 5:30pm)
    3) 3 in the morn & 3 evening (6:30am & 7:00pm)
    4) 2 in the morn, 2 in the afternoon, 2 evening. (6:30, 2:30, 9:30)

    please post your comments or suggestions on how to get the most out of this...i have been reading alot of diff. ways.

    I would chew them up and swallow with grapfruit juice. The juice had been proven to aid absorbtion of all meds. I chew them as I have heard stories of poorly made pills passing through whole. It is pretty imossible to keep blood levels stable with Dbol unless you want to start setting your alarm clock in the middle of the night. Disturbing your sleep is not a good idea though and would be counter productive. I chose to take the entire dose 1.5 hours before training. this ensures blood levels are peaking through training and well into PWO. The only reason I could see that this might not suit some is if you experience very bad sides then you may find splitting the dose throughout the day helps.

    ill splite them on the hole day every 4 or 5 hours

    Like I have posted before you will want to take them all at once. This will ensure a higher peak blood level, say you took 50mgs. If you took 25mgs twice a day you would only get the peak level from that 25mg which is a lower dose. It only has a half life around 3 hours.

    To take it all at once dose not make much sense, it's half life is 6 hours so how are you keeping levels stable ?? Its out of your system to fast, i would rather take it every 6 hours, and that would keep you levels stable through out your cycle, this is my opinion, and also what i have researched, please correct me if im wrong..

    My wife is a doctor and I had her do a test on me a few years ago. When I was taking 50mg at once that was twice to dose (my dbol is 25mg a ml). My peak blood level was twice as high, but only for a few hours. If I were to take a lower dose I would be going up and down with my blood levels. And each peak would be much lower. The object is to have the highest test level you can have without sides. So the best time is about an hour before you train giving you a maximum level while you train. My wife just said you will be in a higher nitrogen balance before you workout and the high test level will help you recover that much faster. But thats just how I do it

    i can only comment on personal use and i've had good & quick results from dbols @ 50 mg day split up into 10mg dose every 4-5 hours

    make sure ur not running it for longer than 4-5 weeks
