First cycle thoughts
So this cycle was "recommend" to me. I understand all but the clen . How is the clen a PCT? Could I use it in the beginning of the cycle? Do I have to wait until the test is done? What are the pros and cons to using either at the end or the beginning of the cycle?
Yes I have done a search on this and I have also read the profile for clen.

Week 1 to 10: 500mg of test weekly
wk 13 - 40mg nolva+ 100mg clomid daily
wk 14 - 30mg nolva+ 50mg clomid daily
wk 15 - 20mg nolva+ 50mg clomid daily
Clenbuterol for PCT

its better not to do clen while cycling man, clen gives side effects and makes you shake so it would be hard to work out

how was this 'recommend' to u? the nolva and clomid is the pct. im not sure about clen as i never cut

Clen is used in PCT to help give you that boost in energy and also to help keep any excess fat off. Remember in PCT you're going to be eating AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE to try to keep your gains. Plus you're going to have a drop in test and possibly a rise in estro, which can lead to fat gains. So the clen is there to give you a nice boost, as well as to keep any extra fat off.
Some say its slightly anabolic (or anti-catabolic), but I think thats pretty much crap.

My goal is to gain muscle mass and drop my bf. I would like to be 185-200 with bf less than 10%
Stats:
Age: 25
Weight: 185
Height: 5'10
BF: 20-25 (i was told by someone just looking at me)
Been working out on and off for a while but have been dedicated for the last 12 weeks. Mon-Fri haven't missed a day. Trying to get my diet in check 2500 calories or so with a 40/40/20 split.
And yes thats me in the picture.

Acheiving both those goals in the same cycle may be difficult. Most will probably recommend cutting first and then using your cycle to add lean mass.
