    Dbol to kick start my cycle

    Ok so Im starting my cycle of test soon and im using dbol to kick start it for 4 wks. Im going to be running 30mg/day. What I was going to ask is when do you guys take your dbol like all at the same time or one in the morning one at noon and one at night... I havent ever used dbol so i dont know... Lmk when you take your dbol.

    Some split it up, others take it 1-2 times a day. It's up to you. Taking it spread throughout the day will help keep blood levels "stable" but considering the short half life (and the 30mg dosage) thats pretty tough to do.

    Try it 2X per day and see how it works for you.

    I'm going to be using Anabol at 50mg per day for four weeks to kick start a twelve week cycle of Deca and Test C.

    I'll be taking 30mg in the morning and 20mg in the afternoon.

    some people might not like this idea but I use dbol all at once I do not split it up. My wife is a doctor and I had my levels tested a while back and I had a higer level of test when it was all taken at once. If I were to split up 25mg I would only get a smaller peak blood level but a higher one when taken at 50mg. But thats just me

    Of course you will get higher levels. But to each his own. Lots of people still use it once a day...some right before training. It just depends.

    The "keep levels stable" idea sounds good but at the same time your liver is constantly fighting against you.

    I took 25 mg 2x ED...just cuase it was easy (morning and PreWO). But I also broke out pretty bad and wonder if that could of been minimized by splitting it up.

    here is how mine went wk1 20 mg a day 4 doses,wk2 25mg aday 2 doses wk 3,4, 30mg 1 dose 3 hrs before workout i did indeed notice a diffrence at that point wk5 ihad alot left so 50mg aday 3 hrs before workout muscles hurt on 1st set after that stronger on each set until end of workout i did however have trouble sleeping and had a lot of muscle soreness and i got alot of acne 1 week after finishing my dbol now im off dbol and using andropen and decca to finish the cycle.and i am sleeping better

    Im thinking about this Im going to take 10mg when I wake up at 6:00 and 20 mg 1 hour before my workout at 3:00 Then I will have it at high levels during my workout.

    considering the short halflife that dbol has...i always break split it up into at least 3 doses throughout the day. when doing higher doses i go 4x/day. i also go with minimum 10mg's each dose (ex: 10 or 15 mg's/3 or 4 times/day)

    i've had great results this way. there are so many different views on how to effectively use dbot. i'd say...try them all and see which way works best for you. in your case...i'd go with 10mg/3x/day every 4 hours or so.

    10mg's in the morning first thing.. then then 20mg's 30-40mins b4 workout... LOVE IT ... take it with your pwm
