painfull swelling NOT at site injection

I took a shot of .5cc sus .5cc cyp and 1cc deca into my delt, about 5 days ago and it seems like some of the fluid or something in my delt ran down my arm and is now sitting about 4-5 in bellow the site injection at the top of my bicep. It has swollen up and is very painful. Its discolored a red like a sun burn, not so much a bruise, and almost has a memory foam quality to it, where i can push my finger into it and as i pull out the indent stays there for like 3 sec then starts fo fill back out again. was wondering if anyone has had anything like this happen to them before? or any ideas what it could be? i have put a needle into it and nothing comes out when i asperate, but when i remove the needle, blood likes to pour outta the hole pretty quickly like its under preasure. any advice?

I have never had it run down my delt but, have had a memory foam like quality to a lump before. The best thing I have found to do is to massage it once or twice a day with a electric massaging machine and take like 3 aleeve's to relax the muscle. I have also noticed from past experience with lumps that are sore and swollen that the more you fvck with them the more they seem to never improve. Take the aleeve's message and don tfvck with it. Def monitor your temp to make sure you dont develop a fever if so it could be getting infected. I wouldnt worry to much unless it really start messing with ya.

BTW whan i did have theese type of problems it was cause I was not rotating injection spots. In the beginning I shot delts almost exclusivley. I dont know if you do, nor am I implying the fact that you dont rotate sites. I am just letting you know why I had the problem.

I have the same problem every time i inj. in my delts. The oil goes down about 3-4 inches and sits there, it also becomes red. But it always goes away within a week. Try inj. less oil next time. This only happens when I inj. 2cc. Try just inj. 1 cc in the delt and you shouldnt have the same problem.

I've experienced this same thing, if the swelling and pain persist go to the doc for some antibiotics, and don't shoot that delt for a while.

What size of pin are you guys using and where in teh delt are you injecting?

25g to inject right in the center of the lateral head of my delt. that day i also did shoulders which usualy helps get the blood flowing in there to get the fluid moving. i did the same shot in my other delt like 2 days later and did chest and it never even bothered me. not even a sting from the prop.

Yea i have.. took nearly two weeks to dissipate. Was warm to the touch and red.. but it wasn't an infection. It was an immuno response to the foreign body i injected.

    Injecting..lol

That's blunt trauma to an already inflamed area.

If you're concerned.. go to a doc... put stop poking.

    For mine.. i did nothing.

An abscess would've started at the point of injection.. or rather in the immediate vicinity of of the oil bolus.

Of course infections can be systemic.. but usually swelling starts at the point of entry

    Narkissos

I ment trained chest, not spot injected chest. One more Q for those of you that have said you've experienced this swelling and how its nothing minor, would you think its a bad idea to train? Every thing kinda uses my bicep as at least a secondary sans legs which ive already done. Would it cause much trouble if i did train my upper body or would it be more counter productive?
