Programming considerations and AAS
Im sorry if a similar question has been posted before, but a question for anyone who uses periodized plans to reach goals.
I want to undertake a training program that uses percentages, and dont want to undersell myself of any gains.
I am worried if i take this approach of a percentage based program, the strength gains of AAS will make the program null and void because of a warped 1RM.
On the other hand, I will be able to handle a higher volume of work, and just make the progress at the end easier.
SO anyone who uses percentages, when on AAS do you make your estimated 1RM higher? if so by how much?Last edited by endpoint; 11-07-2006 at 09:22 PM. Reason: wrote ASS instead of AAS in title

I'll bet you meant for the title to include AAS, not ASS.
Personally, I don't estimate my 1RM, I find out what it is and go from there.
